X44 Platform Terms and Conditions You Need to Know

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

3 User Account

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Any infringement of x44's intellectual property rights will be acted upon in accordance with applicable law.

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Account Closure

Closure by User: You may close your account at any time by contacting the x44 support team. Prior to closure, please ensure there are no active pending wagers and that your account balance has been fully withdrawn.

Closure by x44: x44 reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate registration information.
